In the context of this policy, “employee dating” includes consensual romantic relationships and sexual relations.
The following guidelines address employees who are already married, have a domestic partner or other long-term relationship.
If you’re the hiring manager for your team, you’re not allowed to consider your spouse or partner for hiring.
